Laurent Bellion Blanc
This beautiful white wine, where the Viognier expresses itself magnificently, is perfect for your moments of conviviality.
Ideal for an aperitif, it will charm your guests with seafood tapas, such as marinated shrimp or fresh oysters. It also pairs wonderfully with delicate white meats, such as an herb-infused chicken supreme, which will highlight its roundness and honeyed notes. For cheese lovers, a fresh goat cheese will be a perfect match, balancing the acidity and floral aromas of the wine. Finally, for a light dessert, an apricot tart or fruit panna cotta will bring out the subtle notes of apricot and green almond, creating a beautiful harmony on the palate.
